Be a Retail Champion! 10-steps to retail success group mentoring sessions

Due to a number of requests I am setting up group mentoring sessions. These will be delivered online by webinar. These will cost £25 per hour and I’d run them in evenings so as to avoid impact on your core working day / opening hours. I can only get it going if there are at least 6 in the group, so if you are interested please let me know!

What’s involved in Retail Champion group mentoring sessions?

The programme will be based on the 10-steps to retail success – All who sign up would follow either a 12 or 24 week programme with me – basically that’s either a weekly or fortnightly session, depending on how rapidly you want to go through it all. Whether on a 12 or 24 week programme you’d get the same content. Session 1 would an introduction to the programme, each other, and an overview of the 10 steps. The following 10 session will walk through each of the 10 steps, step, step by step, to address any questions and go into more detail about the step. The final session would be a review of the whole process, and a focus on how to keep on top of the action plan you will have built throughout the programme.

Every session will be recorded so you can refer back to it and questions for each session can be submitted in advance or live, during the session.

What does it cost? How can I sign up?

The whole process, delivered in either 12 or 24 weeks would be £300+VAT, payable at the beginning of the programme (to make sure you’ve made the commitment up front to see it through to the end.) I will also include a FREE copy of my book “The Retail Champion: 10-steps to retail success”, signed if you want, for all those who participate. As I need to create a group with a minimum of 6 to make this work then in the first instance please email to indicate interest and to advise if you would prefer a 12 week or 24 week programme. When I have sufficient interest I will be able to launch a group.
